Street Light Bar (Part # 150030)
2007-2008 Toyota Tundra
07-08 Toyota Tundra Model 150030
Hardware Kit includes:
4) 3/8” x 1 ½” Hex Bolts
10) 3/8” Flat Washers
6) 11/16” Hex Head Nuts
2) Mounting Brackets
Recommended Tools:
11/16 Wrench
9/16 Wrench
Step 1: Locate the two factory bumper mounts and remove all six nuts from the factory studs. Next locate the
two “L” shaped N-fab brackets marked driver and passenger side. Starting with the driver side bracket, align
the three holes in the bracket to the three factory stud locations.
NOTE: The angled part of the bracket with the two welded threaded mounts and slotted hole should be
above the factory bumper studs.
Step 2: Start all three 11/16” nuts on the factory studs and torque to 15-20 ft/lbs. Repeat for the passenger
side bracket.
Step 3: Carefully slide the light bar through the slotted hole in the bumper until the light bar brackets are
aligned with the bumper mounted brackets. Next, using the 3/8” x 1 ½” hex head bolts and 3/8” flat washers,
start in each bolt location and hand tighten.
NOTE: Do not use the slotted hole in the center of the bracket.
Step 4: After final positioning, torque each bolt location to 15-20 ft/lbs.
This concludes the installation.
