Installation Instructions

Easy Install Billet Grille (Part # 868075)

2001-2002 Chevy Silverado HD

NOTE: Carefully read entire instructions thoroughly before

attempting to install this part.

TOOLS REQUIRED

- Phillips Screw Driver

- 4mm wrench

INCLUDED COMPONENTS

1 – Billet Grille (top & bottom pieces)

8 – Metal Brackets

8 – M4 x 30mm Phillips Screws

8 – M4 Flange Nuts

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Inspect product and check components with items listed above.

2. Pop Hood, remove plastic shroud at the top and set fasteners aside.

3. Optional: Using factory instructions, remove the entire front grille shell (as pictured in all figures).

4. Position lower section of the Billet Grille onto grille shell cavity (Figure 2).

5. Loosely attach Billet Grille by holding Metal Bracket behind factory grille shell and inserting Phillips Screw (from

the front) through the Billet Grille hole and Metal Bracket, secure it with Flange Nut provided (Figure 3).

6. Repeat Steps 4 and 5 for the top section of the Billet Grille.

7. Once the Billet Grille is loosely attached, center it and tighten all Screws at the same rate.

8. Reinstall the plastic shroud with the fasteners removed in Step 2.
